Hi everyone! I am guest hosting at Art Journal Journey Monthly for the month of December and loving it!
Art Journal Journey Monthly is a fun challenge site where you can join in on a different theme each month. There are so many amazing and friendly art journalers, altered book artists, rubber stamp addicts, and mixed media artists from all over the world who participate. You can join in by linking your project to their site using the Link tool provided.
This photo was taken of me during a photography class back in 2016. I decided to use it on my minimal, mixed media scrapbook page. I used wood arrows, "Stampin Up" stickers and stamps, die cut snowflakes, and a computer printed sentiment. This all went on a clean, white background.
Thank you, Art Journal Journey Monthly for asking me to host again this year!
Now I hope YOU join in on the fun!! Just head over to their site at the highlighted link above and take a look. You are going to love it!!
And I want to thank you so much for stopping by my blog today.
Have a very happy December!

That is a great photo Sharon. It makes a great subject for your topic. I took some snow photos yesterday since it now looks like winter. I like the white background as it feels like snow. That we have here now. Did you get a lot of snow? Have a super Wednesday. hugs-Erika

Lovely, Sharon. Great idea, scrapping a photo of you with camera. Love the quote. - from the other Sharon- Foxy Stamping
ReplyDeleteThis page is as awesome as the one you featured at AJJ. You truly captured the winter wonderland feel with your use of negative space and that fabulous splash of a center piece. Thoreau's quote was the perfect finishing touch. Thanks for visiting my blog and blessings.
ReplyDeleteI love your page and the winter theme!
ReplyDeleteI just love your style.
