Christmas Joy . . . for Art Journal Journey Monthly

Hi everyone! I have loved hosting at Art Journal Journey Monthly for the month of December! Can you believe it’s already December 31st? Time flies, doesn’t it? We’re all set to ring in 2026.

Today, I am pleased to present my final project for my December Art Journal Journey, which was themed “Winter.”

I would like to share the handmade wall hanging that I created for my Secret Santa Swap "Elf" this year.

I enjoyed creating this, and I hope my Elf will love it for years to come.

And I'd love to share some fireworks photos that were taken in the Lehigh Valley, PA.  These photos are from their website!

Allentown, PA:

Steelstacks in Bethlehem, PA:

And the “Peep” drop that occurs in Bethlehem for all the children, and of course, the children at heart:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Now, it’s time to bid you all farewell. I can’t thank you enough for supporting me and my Winter theme for the month of December.

I wish you all a very Happy New Year and a blessed 2026, filled with lots of creativity!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all!

Sending hugs.

A Moment . . . for Art Journal Journey Monthly!

Hi everyone!  I am guest hosting at Art Journal Journey Monthly for the month of December and loving it!

Art Journal Journey Monthly is a fun challenge site where you can join in on a different theme each month. There are so many amazing and friendly art journalers, altered book artists, rubber stamp addicts, and mixed media artists from all over the world who participate. You can join in by linking your project to their site using the Link tool provided.

I decided to go with the theme, Winter! Here is another mixed media scrapbook page:

This photo was taken of me during a photography class back in 2016. I decided to use it on my minimal, mixed media scrapbook page.  I used wood arrows, "Stampin Up" stickers and stamps, die cut snowflakes, and a computer printed sentiment.  This all went on a clean, white background.

Thank you, Art Journal Journey Monthly for asking me to host again this year!

Now I hope YOU join in on the fun!!  Just head over to their site at the highlighted link above and take a look. You are going to love it!!

And I want to thank you so much for stopping by my blog today.

Have a very happy December!
