Rose Garden! For Scrap FX!

Hi everyone.  Today I am sharing a very special layout that I made for the Scrap FX design team!

This month's theme theme is "Flowers" therefore I decided to use a photo that I found in my mom's photo album - one of my twin sister and me when we were 4 years old.  It was taken by my dad  at the Rose Garden in Allentown PA:

Epic & Awesome . . . for Scrap the Boys!

Hi everyone!

It's October 1st (when did that happen???) and time for a new Scrap the Boys challenge:

This month is a sketch challenge, which I always enjoy doing!

Here is their sketch:
I chose to scrap these 3 photos taken at West Point back in the fall of 2009:



As you can see, the "boys" in the photos were the West Point Cadets and my nephew, Michael!

Two Mixed Media Travel-Themed Scrapbook Pages for Scrap FX!

Hi everyone!  I am up on the Scrap FX blog today and I am very excited to share my 2 newest travel-themed mixed media scrapbook pages with you.

When I heard travel theme, I knew exactly which photos that I wanted to scrap.  They are photos from recent trips that I took this summer  with my husband and daughters . . .

For my first page, entitled Amazing Views, I used this photo from Lake Louise, Canada:
