There were lots of images like these the day of the storm:
And the day after:
And another nor'easter storm is hitting us today. For those of you who live in the paths of the storm, please stay safe!!
On a happier note, today I am sharing a layout that I made for the newest challenge
at Challenge YOUrself:
This month is all about Scrapbook Bingo! Pick a line, any line, and use those elements on your page. For something different, I picked the vertical line using rub-ons, a photo with YOU, and border punches.
Here is my completed page:
I enjoyed using rub-ons for a change - and the scalloped border punches are at the top and in the middle of my page.
I have been going through old photos and found this adorable one of Katie and me taken back in 2000. She was in Kindergarten and celebrating Halloween that day. I was lucky enough to volunteer in her classroom that year and had so much fun at their Halloween party that morning.
My background paper is from Blue Fern Studios' Happy Accident collection and is entitled "Incident."
Here is a close up:
I hope you get a chance to check out Challenge YOUrself this month and have some fun with Scrapbook Bingo! And please head over to Blue Fern Studios blog, too, for lots of scrappy inspiration.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! HUGS and happy scrapping! ♥
