Two more Scraps of Darkness pages . . .

Hi again everyone!  Today I am sharing two more layouts made with the amazing July, 2017 Scraps of Darkness "Wayfarer" kit.  This is my first month as a designer for Scraps of Darkness and was blown away when I received my first kit!   I am making my 6th and 7th layouts, and still have lots of papers and scrapping goodies left to make even more . . .

Here are my latest pages . . .

I Love New York:

with some close-ups:

This layout is very special to me - I used a photo taken on John's and my 25th anniversary!  We were at the top of the Empire State Building!!!

Give your Dreams Wings to Fly:

And some close-ups:

This photo was taken at Arrowhead Lake - I love the close-up of the dragon-fly!  (And how perfect are these embellies for the photo???)

Everything on these pages was made with elements from the kit and the add-ons!  (I also used some die cuts from my stash.)

Thank you so much for stopping by today to check out Scraps of Darkness.  I hope you have as much fun creating with these amazing kits as I have had!

I love both of these layouts, the darker back ground on the first one just makes the photo stand out, and love the pretty wreaths on the second layout and great quote and love the dragonflies too.. That sounds like an amazing kit!! Have a great weekend!

  9. Hello Sharon, I always love how you combine your marvellous arty pages with your own photographs and experiences.
There is so much to look at in the New York piece, especially I like the pale blue stars against the brown and the pale blue frame round the smaller New York" rectangle but I love all of it together.
The second piece is marvellous, the soft colours, the little photo of a dragonfly, the circle of leaves - again all of it.
