Joy to the World!

Good Morning everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season so far!  I have been sick with a terrible cold that has lasted for 3 weeks, but finally am feeling better this weekend.  I am so happy and it made me realize that I take my health for granted sometimes.  I am thankful for the ability to heal!

Today I would like to share an art journal page that I made for this month's challenge at Art Journal Journey.

The theme is "Light and Darkness" and here is an excerpt from their blog:

"December is a dark and cold month in the northern hemisphere and since thousands of years people have been celebrating festivals which bring light into these days.We light candles for Advent, Yule and Chanukka, put lights on the trees, light up our houses and towns with decorations, and look forward to the winter solstice – a festival celebrated by many people in ancient times and today
– because it means that the days start to get longer again. We want you to show light on your journal pages, to show how light dispels the darkness etc."

I just LOVE this theme - thank you, Valerie!!!

After thinking about the light and darkness theme, I felt I had to make my page about Christmas:

Here are some different views:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Art Journal Journey for all of the inspiration they have given me this past year!  All of the participants are so creative and talented!  Thank you!

And I want to thank all of YOU for stopping by my blog and leaving such wonderful comments.  Here's wishing you a very happy holiday season and a blessed new year.  Hugs to one and all!

  16. The Rolex Day-Date rolex kopior is one of the most recognized in Rolex’s deep product line. Worn by presidents and captains of klockor kopior industry, the gold Day-Date is the ultimate status symbol among generations of affluent watch buyers. The Ref. 118238 offered in rolex klocka kopia Fortuna’s upcoming auction features a white glossy lacquer dial with gold indices and lume dots, providing fake rolex greater legibility.
It is powered by Rolex’s caliber 3155 31-jewel automatic movement with a 48-hour power reserve. And like all Rolex watches with the “Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified” designation, the watch’s timekeeping accuracy is one of the best in the world, even exceeding the standards set by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC). The present example is accompanied by a Rolex box.
