A Wonderful World!

Good Morning everyone and welcome to the weekend and 2017!  Time seems to by flying by even more quickly every year that I get older, too.  Do you agree?

Today I would like to share a layout that I made for the current challenge at Challenge YOUrself.  As most of you know, I took over running Challenge YOUrself when Lynn Lefebvre had to step down last year and it has been a lot of fun.  I hope you get a chance to check it out and participate in this month's challenge!  Lynn is a guest designer for us this month.

January's challenge is all about Louis Armstrong's song:  "A Wonderful World."

I chose to use a photo that I took of our family during a photo shoot for our Christmas card this year.  I will share some of the "out-takes" with you at the bottom of my post today.  Here is my layout:

Here are some of the photos that I took.  I used a tripod and timer, and took the photos in our backyard. Not everyone was in a good mood, so it was hard to get smiles.  And Kita did not want to cooperate at all! LOL!!!

 . . . and here's the one we finally used for our Christmas card - Kita still wasn't looking at the camera, but at least you can see her face!
