ReplyDeletei absolutely believe that twins rock! great Memory photos of the two of you! i like your layout and the idea of a hidden message (i often do that in journals, too). and i think you Play so well with space, no overcrowding, so important for a good page.

Love this layout and the reason behind it! Enjoy the picnic with your mom. We're spending the day doing yardwork. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteGreat page and layout. Hard to tell you two apart. Life must have been both wonderful and challenging for your mom and also for you and your sister. Your smiles tell the better part of the story.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful layout and beautiful photos. Pictures of your family are such a blessing.
ReplyDeleteA fantastic LO,i love your photos and I cant tell you apart except for the last two pics
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous LO....I have never known any twins - but i imagine it would be FUN! And I reckon that you two look like a bundle of fun in these photos......you'll just have to remind your Mum that she's getting her own back, now, with you looking after her!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your Layout, and how wonderful to have a twin. Loved seeing all the photos of the 2 of you through the years. And your Mom is right, it must be very hard work. Have a lovely day, and thanks for visiting me again, I am always happy when I see you were there! Hugs from Rhineland, Valerie
ReplyDeleteFabulous challenge! Love your layout! And love the twin photos through the years! It must be wonderful to have a twin!
ReplyDeleteHello Sharon! How fun to see a twin page and photos! So cute, in some of them the hair is slightly different which I hope made it easier on people to tell you apart. My twin sisters weren't identical in looks or personalities, so funny how that happens. How nice that you can hear stories from your mom too, my mom tells us some too.
ReplyDeleteYour layout is pretty and great job with the sketch as always.
Thank you for your blog visit, love sharing sunflowers and art with everyone. Hope your picnic with mom went well. It's so hot here, we had a picnic at a park with swimming to beat the heat. Felt like summer vacation all over again. Take care and hugs for all! xo
It must be really interesting to hear your mom's perspective on life with twins. You had a great idea to record this perspective on a scrapbook page. The design of the page is really eye-catching, and I especially like how you used the frame and the pops of red.
ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Labor Day! I went hiking with my family yesterday, and I am so sore today. It was worth it, though. I got a lot of beautiful photos at the park we visited, and I'm sure they'll make their way onto scrapbook pages soon. :)
This gotta be the sweetest post Sharon, you and your twin sister.
ReplyDeleteI saw the new challenge and can't wait to make another layout like yours, so sweet and lovely!

ReplyDeleteI always wonder how it must be to have a brother or sister who looks exactly like me. It's like looking at yourself all the time, isn't it? It seems so weird and interesting to me. And you two really look alike, I couldn't tell you apart. You made a wonderful layout with this picture!
ReplyDeleteI could tell in the last photo, but not the ones before that. I am so glad that you've gotten to talk to your Mom about what it was like to raise the two of you. Your page is lovely! Thank you very much for sharing it with us.
