Celebrate your age!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Thursday! ♥  It seems to be much cooler here today in Pennsylvania!  I welcome the cooler weather!  I also want to welcome a brand new challenge at Challenge YOUrself:

So, are you brave enough for this challenge???  We want you to scrap your age, right now, today!!!!  Come on, it will be fun.  Even for me, a 50-something year old gal!!!  I am blessed to still have young daughters, and they make me feel young every single day!  And  . . . I have heard that 50-something is the new 30-something! ♥  Here it is:

I used the lyrics from one of my most favorite songs of all times:  Beautiful, by Carole King:

And here are some different angles:

In addition, I used a good friend of mine, Heather Landry's sketch as the basis for my page:

It is her Miracles Momma Designs sketch #23, and you can go to her blog and check out all of her amazing sketches here: Miracles' Momma Designs.

So what do you say?  Are you feeling daring?  Enough to scrap your age?  If you are, head on over to Challenge YOUrself for all of the details and you can win a prize, too!  (Don't forget to include a photo of YOU!)

And thank you so much for stopping by my blog today!  HUGS to all of you! ♥ ♥

  15. Hi, Sharon! I'm a new follower! Hooray! Love your comments on age. Your page is beautiful. I'm going to be 70 (yikes!) in April. While the number seems big, the blessings are even bigger. Must be the farm. It's surely a busy place! Have a bountifully blessed and blessedly bountiful day!

  16. Hello Sharon, so good to be here and see YOU on your layout!!! I LOVE THIS!! YAY for being 50 something, you look great and act so young. My birthday is next Monday and I'll be 45 and Rich turns 51 the day after me. Hard to believe some days but I truly have loved my 40's so much.

Thank you for your visits while my computer isn't working, good news though, it's working and I just did a post. I was going crazy without having it and so thankful I can blog and visit you again.
It's been cooler some days here too, feels like fall most mornings which feels good for me on my early walks. I love fall but not quite ready for summer to end this year. It was our craziest most non summer ever.
Enjoy these last days with the girls before school starts. Hugs for your mom!
Take care and see you again soon. HUGS!
