Us . . .

Good Morning everyone and happy Saturday!  I cannot believe what a beautiful day it is!  I think spring has finally arrived here. I decided to celebrate spring today by making a new layout . . .

I saw a wonderful sketch at the Scrap Africa blog and decided to use it as the basis for my page.


I used a photo of Katie and Anne that I took last summer that I have not had a chance to scrap yet.  I can't tell you how much I like seeing them together and  really love these pictures of the two of them . . .



  . . . I picked the first one to use on my layout.

I converted it to black and white, and here is what I came up with:

So there it is . . . a very simple page, but lovingly put together for Katie and Anne.

    Wow- what a neat page! It's all about the photo and the sisters being together. The B/W works great with the subtle color palate and the title says it all!

    Hello Sharon!! How did I miss this, that's what happens when I stay off the computer. So glad I checked today, LOVE THIS!! What a great sketch to go by and love how pretty the layout came out. You are so good at creating layouts!! I like that they are wearing the same outfit.
    Hope you are doing well and enjoying the bits of spring weather that comes and goes. I have one post up and trying to do one today or in the morning. Time is flying here it seems.
