Here are Color Me Scrappy's newest color scheme and sketch:
I really liked this soothing color palette and the sketch really inspired my creativity.
Here is what I came up with:
I would love to share some Halloween photos with you, too:
Anne and I had fun decorating our home. We missed Katie so much during this process!!!
And here is beautiful Anne as Mulan:
We got the amazing costume at the Disney store 2 years ago when it was HUGE. Now it fits her. Time sure does fly, doesn't it?
We printed out some diagrams and photos of Jack-O-Lanterns that we liked:
Got our utensils:Pumpkin guts - yuck!!!
And our finished Jack-O-Lantern:
I just love their matching smiles!!!
Last night, we were supposed to have a little Halloween party with trick-or-treating, but we had to change our plans. My twin sister is sick and I have been so worried about her. But she is home from the hospital as of yesterday. Nothing else matters right now except that she gets better. We did manage to have some Halloween fun in spite of everything going on. And the best news is that Karen is HOME now!
YAY!!!!
Here is Anne and her lit up Jack-o-lantern after she got back from trick-or-treating. She decided to wear Katie's wizard costume and added her own "nerd" glasses:
And I just had to share a picture with you that Katie posted on Facebook. It is a photo of here in her West Point cheerleader outfit that her Uncle Jim bought for her as a Christmas gift way back when. It was her Halloween costume the following Halloween. Funny how at age 19, she still has that same wonderful smile.
Happy November everyone! I hope you have a wonderful Friday and a spooktacular Halloween!
