It's Patricia's turn to host this week at Scrapping the Music. For challenge #201A, she chose the song is "It's a Good Life" by One Republic. I was saw the video and listened to the music and was definitely hooked on this song! It's so much fun Here is my take:
The photo is of Anne and her counselor at our recent camping weekend for Families with Children from China! I really love this picture!
Scrapping the Music's challenge # 201B is the prompt: Most Memorable Summertime Song. Whenever you hear it, what are the memories that come back to you?
One of my most memorable summertime songs is "Beyond the Sea" by Bobby Darin. My parents would take us to the NJ shore every summer. We didn't have a lot of money, so sometimes we would just go down for a day with a packed lunch. But it didn't matter - we loved it so much! They really liked Bobby Darin and this song brings back a flood of wonderful memories!
Heather Landry's sketch #19 at Miracles Momma Designs was the inspiration for my layout!
Her sketch is amazing! If you want to see more layouts created with this sketch, check out her blog here! You can even download a template if you want to make a digi page.
We would love to have you join in the fun at Scrapping the Music! Come on over and play along. Don't forget, each time you submit an entry, you get entered into the drawing for this month's prize!!
