Scrapping the Music challenge # 198

Happy May Day!  It's time for a new challenge at Scrapping the Music.  Yay!!!  This week's song, chosen by Michelle, is "Sparkle" by Rubyhorse. If you haven't heard of it, you just have to go to Scrapping the Music and check out the video. 


The lyrics and tune are so happy and wonderful! I just had to scrap photos from our recent Disney trip. The photos were taken at EPCOT - there was a flower and garden show going on and everything looked so creative, colorful and beautiful.

  Mine most definitely was the Beatles!!! 



Journaling reads: One of my favorite groups as a pre-teen was The Beatles. I loved them for many reasons, one being that my older sister, Cathy, loved them first. I remember watching her with her friends when The Beatles were on TV, and they would literally scream bloody murder! My favorite Beatles’ song was “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” It was The Beatles’ second release after “She Loves You,” and another favorite song, “This Boy,” was on the flip-side of the record, which was a “45.” A favorite memory of mine is winning a dance contest with my girlfriend - we danced “the pony” to “I Want To Hold Your Hand” and won the contest! What FUN and FABULOUS times!! Oh, and I still like to listen to them now!

    I absolutely ADORE both of the pages you made! The first one with all of the happy colors totally makes me smile. You guys always look so close and loving in your photos.     and how the heck do you have time to do both prompts?! I got into the Beatles in high school (in the 80's LOL!) because of my boyfriend Steve!!! its really cool that your sis got you into them!!!

    Sharon these pages are wonderful!! Both entirely different, both so fun to see :D Love the bright, happiness of your first page and love the retro cool of your second! We totally listen to the Beatles and my 5 yr old loves them!!
