Yay for Summertime Memories!

Good Morning fellow scrappers.  TGIF!  I am enjoying some scrappy time this morning because of the thunder storms, of all things!  My daughter's cross country coach cancelled practice due to severe storms, so I decided to do a little scrapping.

Today I got my inspiration from The Memory Nest:

Here is my take:

I used a photo of Anne and me taken this past summer (2016) when we walked along the beach in Atlantic City. (We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the beach and boardwalk are there.)  

I used some yellow, orange, and pink shimmery spritzes, a star-burst stencil, and the rim of a plastic cup with black ink to create my background.  I had some cute, summer embellishments from a Close-To-My-Heart collection and Crate Paper chipboard that I had in my stash
