Forever Love . . .

Good Morning everyone!  Welcome Tuesday.  I hope you are all having a wonderful February so far.

Today I am sharing a layout I made for the new Challenge YOUrself challenge:

I used my new paper collection from American Crafts Shimelle Starshine . . .

 . . . some red paint and stickles . . .and a little heart stamp and my alphabet stamps . . .
. . . and came up with this layout:

Here is a close up:
The photo was taken on John's and my 25th anniversary in New York City.  This was just outside the Statue of Liberty.  What a view!!

And here is a different view of my layout:

I am also entering my page in the Art Journal Journey challenge this month:

Their theme for the month of February is Fifty Shades of Red!

Thank you, AJJ, for always inspiring me to go a little farther with my scrapbook pages.

. . . and please check out the current Challenge YOUrself challenge!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.  HUGS!

  13. I like how your photograph goes back into the skyline and the red frame around you both. Nice touches of red throughout too, and the little hearts.

  14. I am drawn in by your layering technique, something I am working on in my own creative process. I love how the red frame on the photo draws your eyes in but you still see the entire photo. Fascinated too, with the way you wrote Forever love using the hearts like balloons floating away.
