What do you like about fall? Here's one of the reasons why I like autumn:
I had a lot of fun making this layout. I really enjoyed it. I went back and picked photos that were taken at a Penn State football game 2 years ago
and added my favorite things about fall in my journaling. As you can see, I couldn't pick just one!
I decided to make a little fall scene, so I cut around my photos and came up with this layout:

I used a page from my Susan Branch scrapbook kit entitled: "Scrapbooking, Simple 1-2-3," for my embellishments.

In conclusion, autumn is definitely my favorite time of the year, especially because the spirit of change is in the air . . . can you feel it? Are you all getting excited? HI Sharon, you may be happy to be going into Fall, but we are heading into my favourite season... spring!! but I do like autumn over here as well.. Love your layout, it has such a warm feeling about it.. and you popping over the fence is so cute.. love all the produce too.. Enjoy your fall weather!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am a fall fan, too! I love your collage. I may just have to make one for myself. I use lots of natural materials in my art - sticks and other woodsy findings. Have a happy and blessed day.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your comment and prayers on my blog. Kristin just sprained her ankle too and that is not good where she is. They have to walk everywhere and she has manual labor that needs done. She will feel guilty not being able to help now and she couldn't wait for physical labor as she likes to stay fit. I am hoping she gives her ankle the time it needs and not rush it. So hard not being there for her.
I just posted back to school pictures, from 3 weeks ago, lol.

ReplyDeleteYour LO has me thinking that I ought to do something for this season... I truly love fall. Football, cooler weather, the colors, football, school starting, thinking of the holidays, all of it is so cozy. (Did I mention football?)
I even like the longer nights and shorter days!
Such a fun little "scene". Fall looks lovely...wish I had seasonal weather in my part of the world.
ReplyDeleteLove your layout with you looking over the fence. We are going into Spring, which I love, all the new blossoms and flowers appearing and I am a fan of warm weather. We do however have the most Beautiful Autumns where I live, they call our city the colour city in Autumn, might have to find a pic. Trouble is I take all the photo's of the gorgeous scernery in autumn, might have to cut myself out and stick in one lol
