One little word for April - Adventure!

Good Morning everyone and happy Sunday!  I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.

Today I would like to share a layout that i just made featuring my beautiful daughter, Katie.  It is just past her 20th birthday and I wanted to make a page celebrating her personality.  I used a photo that I took of her during our vacation last summer at Yellowstone National Park.

I was very taken by Katie's sense of adventure and how she was not afraid to try anything during our vacation.  Therefore, I decided to use One Little Word's April challenge:  Adventure!!!

As you can see, I am in the process of learning more about doodling, too.  What do you think?

I am super SUPER impressed...it looks great & soooo goes with the 'rainbow' snap which is cuteness personified, I must say....LOOOOVE this...keep on doodling...it's fabbo:):) [PS: I'm still on the stick figures & crooked chimney phase...maybe that will come back in after script writing & doodling, LOL!!!]

  17. Doodling is such a great way to add fun to a page...and this so certainly here! Katie's fun shirt in the photo is also great and adds to the theme! Aaaah to be young and 20 again....with the whole world at your feet! ;-)

  18. Hello Sharon, what an awesome layout for your awesome daughter. I LOVE the doodling, so pretty!! The colors here are HAPPY too!! So sweet that you chose her for this prompt too, even at 20 I wasn't the adventures type so love those that are.
