Good Morning everyone! Happy 4th of July to all of you from the USA! I hope you all enjoy your day and your picnics and fireworks, too!
Here is a photo from NYC:
And, a brand new challenge is going on over at Color Me Scrappy !! I would like to share it with you today!
The fabulous color scheme is as follows:
And the twist is to use the following sketch:
Isn't it amazing?
Here is my finished layout using that amazing color combination and creative sketch:
I came across this old photo of Ryan and Katie from preschool, and just had to scrap this picture along with the one from their senior prom last year. I am still amazed at how quickly time flew as they were growing up!! I was inspired by the song "Sunrise-Sunset" from "Fiddler on the Roof," too!
I encourage you to check out Color Me Scrappy this month and play along with the challenge. There is always a great prize to be won, and a chance at being a guest designer, too. And we have exciting news this month: we are welcoming new members to the already fabulous design team. Please head over to Color Me Scrappy to see the present challenge and to welcome the new members of our design team!
And as always, I thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. I really appreciate your visits, so much!
Have a great day!
Love it! I'm a huge fan of 'then and now' layouts and this is just perfect with the Fiddler theme and those awesome sunrise/sunset pictures.
