I just love fall - it's one of my favorite times of the year. I decided that I wanted to make a scrapbook page about autumn this month, and went looking for some inspiration. I found it at the More Than Words Challenge Blog.
Each month they have a main challenge that is based on a word and a creative challenge. This month's word is leisure and the creative challenge is about adding splats to your projects, and having fun in the process!
To me, leisure means walking. I decided to scrap a photo that I took on one of my walks in our neighborhood last fall. I LOVE to walk in my leisure time. It is one of my favorite things - it clears my mind, relaxes me, and gets me ready for the day. I really enjoy taking my camera with me when I am taking a leisurely walk. Here is one of my favorites that I took last year:
And without further ado, here is my scrapbook page using leisure and splats:
My journaling reads a follows:
A leisurely walk is a blessing for the whole day.
God seems to be all around me.
And some close ups:
I totally enjoyed making this page, and hope that you get a chance to check out the More Than Words challenge this month, too!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. HUGS!!!
