Special Memories . . . for Challenge YOUrself!

 Hi everyone. It's December 7th and time for a new challenge at Challenge YOUrself!

Here's Challenge YOUrself #108:

 

Challenge YOUrself #108 starts today and ends next year on January 4th.  This month's theme is to use a black and white photo on your page! Easy-Peasy!!!  And please remember to include a photo with YOU in the frame!

Here is the page that I made for the challenge:

 

I started by using a mixed media background that I had on hand made by Vicki Boutin from her 12 x 12 Ready-To-Use Mixed Media Paper pad.  I picked a favorite photo that my sister, Karen, took while we were at the beach with high school and college friends.  This one is of my friend Barbarann and I walking on the boardwalk in Ocean City at night.  I converted it to black and white for the challenge and love the way it turned out!
